Organisation of This Doc
This documenation is organised in chronological order from first installing the program, to learning the basic program fundamentals and finally managing and maintain the system. Please refer to the contents page to find a key feature.
Transformations™ has been tested on Windows® 7, Windows® 8.1 and Windows® 10 devices, as such it should be able to run on most Windows® PCs; provided the PC has at least 1GB of RAM, an Intel I3 dual core and 1GB of available storage.
However, please note that the store version is only aviable on the Windows® 10 devices. If you require the program to run on an eariler version of windows people download the executable from GitHub.
In addition to the above requirements, Transformations™ also requires Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.5.2 or higher. This is automatically download on most Windows 10 machines, but can be downloaded if needed. If you want to use the database functionality, you will also need 2007 Office® System Driver: Data Connectivity Components. All other application dependencies will automatically install with the application. Please note: having Microsoft Access® for database management is recommended but not essential.
Other operating systems such as Mac OS or Linux are not supported by this application.
This program was created as part of my A-level computer science program for a local school who said there was no free alternatives online. As such, I have decided to make the program publically available for any other school who would like to teach transformations in maths. If you do use it please let me know, I would love to hear about it!
